Corey has spent her career wrangling words, ideas, and the occasional stubborn
marketing campaign. With a background spanning communication, marketing, and
technical writing, she finally decided to take the leap and be her own boss—because,
let’s be honest, she was already running the show anyway. In 2023, she teamed up with
Eileen Carns, to launch Increased Productivity (IP), proving that two brilliant minds (and
a lot of coffee) can build something amazing. And, in 2026, Corey launched Virtual
Ventures on her own.
At home, Corey is outnumbered—three sons, one daughter, and enough chaos to age
her faster than a two-term president. Thankfully, her seven-year-old English Cream
Golden Retriever is doing his best to try to turn back the clock. Her happiest moments
are simple: long country walks with her dog, quality time with her kids (who are her best
friends), and a glass of wine shared with family and friends.
Professionally, Corey is a powerhouse. As a former Senior Marketing Executive, she
has a sharp eye for business analysis and knows how to craft cross-media marketing
campaigns that actually work. She’s an ace at technical writing, making even the driest
subjects engaging (or at least understandable). From strategic planning to budget
management, content strategy to corporate events—if it involves words, ideas, or
making things run smoothly, Corey’s got it covered.

This is Rayna Dressel—and if you’ve met her, you already know she tends to show up
with a smile and a little extra energy to spare. She is currently a computer science
major, balancing school with her role at Virtual Ventures, where she brings both
precision and personality to everything she does. She genuinely loves learning—new
systems, new skills, new ways to grow—and she is driven by the satisfaction of helping
others succeed (and yes, she will probably overdeliver while she’s at it).
Rayna grew up along the Mississippi River, spending her time hiking the bluffs and
soaking in the outdoors, which still feels like home to her. These days, she’s based in
Milwaukee on Lake Michigan—same water-energy, just a new shoreline.
Outside of work and school, Rayna is fueled by adventure, friendships, and the constant
pull to explore somewhere new. Whether it’s traveling, being outside, or just making
memories with the people she loves, that’s what keeps her grounded—and inspired.

I’ve always been drawn to figuring out how things work — especially when it comes to growth, systems, and what actually moves the needle. My background is in digital marketing, where I’ve spent years building websites, funnels, and automation systems that help businesses operate more efficiently and generate real results. What excites me most isn’t just the tech or the strategy, but seeing how the right systems can remove friction and create momentum for people and teams.

Deanna started her adult life with intention, joining her high school Air force ROTC
program, which helped shape her into a dedicated person all around. She graduated in
2017 and jumped right into the Finance world. She was the youngest employee ever
hired in the industry at her first financial firm, where she ended up working for 5 years.
Deanna fully embraces the nerd in her that loves working in the financial industry,
wherein she has developed into an asset Increased Productivity simply could not live
without.
Along with all her other firsts, Deanna is also a first-time home buyer along with being a
first-time mom; but, of course, her parenting began by being a fur-mom to Tilly, her pup.
In the rare moments she is not either working, being on mom-duty, or fur-mom duty, she
loves art, racing, cooking, and nature (except spiders and snakes, of course).

an environment that demanded precision and consistency. Seeking a new challenge,
she made a deliberate career shift into the world of finance, where her attention to detail
and love for structured work quickly found a natural home. Known for being highly
detail oriented—thanks to what she jokingly refers to as “a touch of OCD”—she takes
pride in delivering accurate, organized, and dependable work.
Outside of her professional life, family is her greatest priority. She has been married for
29 years and considers her son her proudest accomplishment. Currently in medical
school, he is someone she deeply admires and cherishes every opportunity to spend
time with, along with the rest of her family.
In her free time, she enjoys staying active and exploring the outdoors through running,
hiking, kayaking, and bird watching. She also loves discovering local breweries and
